Look for this type of packaging --

easypick  is not intended to replace existing guitar pick holders, but rather to complement the entire experience.  On-stage, easypick  guitar picks may be used along with existing mic stand guitar pick holders like other standard guitar picks.  Now your picks can be held to your mic stand and clung to your guitar!

When purchasing, make sure that the size of the easypick magnetic decal fits in a suitable location on your own guitar.  Also make sure that the color of the easypick  magnetic decal you are purchasing matches the color of your guitar or its "trimmings" (for example, your guitar pickguard or pickups) or that it is otherwise suitable to your liking.  If your guitar is a wooden acoustic guitar with a black pickguard, for example, you may want to select a Glossy Black decal.  As another example, if your guitar is a red electric guitar with a white pickguard (e.g. typical FENDER guitar), you may want to select a Glossy White decal.  As a final example, if you guitar is a black electric guitar with a steel bridge, you may want to select a Glossy Black decal for a "hidden" look or alternatively a Brushed Aluminum decal to match the steel bridge.  Note that, as another alternative, the magnetic decal may typically be clung to the guitar's side edge to hide it from view.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  The best experience with easypick  is when you leave the magnetic decal on your guitar at all times so that your guitar picks always remain with your guitar and at your fingertips.  However prolonged use of easypick  decal on guitars having special "nitrocellulose" lacquer may harm the guitar's finish -- for these guitars we do not recommend continuous use of easypick  or any use at all.   Note that most guitars manufactured by large companies do not use nitrocellulose lacquer as it remains relatively unpopular for environmental and/or other reasons.  Gibson, Guild, and Martin guitars are exceptions -- they use nitrocellulose.  In addition, several small "mom & pop" guitar makers still use nitrocellulose lacquer and vintage guitars often have it as well.  See the non-exhaustive lists below.  Although we have never directly witnessed or experienced any harm done to any guitar by easypick , our "book" research suggests this possibility.  When in doubt, just check with your local retailer, guitar maker, or contact us at lacquerinquiry@easypickguitarpicks.com

Finally, the very low-level magnetics in the easypick magnetic decal will not interfere with audio or guitar electronics; however, it is not recommended to position or wave any magnet near sensitive audio equipment, electronic memory or software, or other circuits.  easypick will not be held responsible for damaged equipment from improper use.
